Job Description

HCLTech is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Support – Healthcare Process. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international healthcare clients, resolving queries, and providing professional customer support.

This role requires good communication skills, willingness to work in US shifts, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • As a Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling inbound customer calls for international healthcare clients
  • Understanding customer issues and providing accurate resolutions
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating systems
  • Following compliance and healthcare data security guidelines
