The selected candidates will review and verify documents submitted by merchants to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and company guidelines. This includes verifying identity proof, business proof, address proof, and financial documents.

The role requires careful attention to detail, as document verification must be performed with high accuracy. Candidates must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that the verification process complies with internal policies and government regulations.

Operations Associates will also monitor document patterns and identify suspicious or fraudulent submissions. In such cases, the candidate must escalate the issue to management for further investigation.

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates should have good reading and comprehension skills.
