Job Description
KPMG Advisory professionals help organizations manage risk, improve performance, and create long-term value. As an Analyst – Internal Audit, you will be part of client-facing project teams supporting internal audit, risk consulting, and process consulting engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate as a project team member in internal audit, risk consulting, and process consulting assignments
- Deliver high-quality client services consistently
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed
- Demonstrate basic accounting, auditing, and process knowledge
- Quickly adapt and learn new advisory tools, processes, and industry practices
- Support data analysis and reporting activities
- Collaborate effectively with team members across projects
- Willingness to travel to client locations within India or abroad
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and demanding client environments
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree: BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in audit, business, or related domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of IT systems and business processes
- Ability to work in teams and handle pressure professionally
