Job Description

Lenovo is hiring Junior Talent Source professionals as part of its Off Campus Hiring 2026 program. The selected candidates will work with Lenovo’s recruitment team to support the hiring process for technical and engineering roles.

The main responsibility of this role is to identify and engage talented candidates who can contribute to Lenovo’s technology and innovation initiatives. Candidates will use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms to find potential applicants.

The role also involves conducting initial candidate screening, maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, and building long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Candidates will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations. They will also contribute to market research by analyzing talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring strategies.

This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition within the technology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Selected candidates will perform the following tasks:
  • Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media
  • Build strong talent pipelines for technical and engineering roles
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche skill areas
  • Initiate candidate outreach through personalized communication
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Provide insights on talent availability and compensation trends
  • Support recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with Lenovo’s recruitment processes and policies
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates applying for Lenovo Off Campus Drive 2026 must meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech) from a recognized university
  • MBA in HR or related specialization (optional but preferred)
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
