Lenovo is currently hiring enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the position of Junior Business Analyst / Project Analyst. In this role, candidates will support digital transformation initiatives by assisting senior analysts and project managers in various business and technical activities.
The selected candidates will work on projects related to ServiceNow implementation and digital workflow automation, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. As a junior analyst, you will be responsible for collecting requirements from stakeholders, preparing documentation, analyzing data, and coordinating project activities.
You will also help create user stories, maintain product backlogs in Jira, track project progress, and support testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
