The Associate Product Manager (APM) Program at Uber is a highly selective two-year rotational program designed for students with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Selected candidates will go through two one-year rotations, working on different Uber businesses such as:

- Understand and internalize Uber’s overall mission and the specific goals of your assigned team.
- Lead the definition, strategy, and planning of new product features and innovations.
- Work with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, operations, analytics — to build and launch impactful products.
- Use data insights to determine product direction, user behavior patterns, and business metrics.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to support product decision-making.
- Manage product launches, track performance post-launch, and apply learnings to future improvements.

- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) program.
- Open to all engineering and non-engineering branches.
