Job Description

The Voice Process role at Tech Mahindra involves assisting customers through inbound and outbound calls, specifically for the e-commerce support division. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls related to order status, delivery updates, and general service queries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues using the tools and knowledge provided.
  • Update customer details and maintain proper documentation for each interaction.
  • Follow communication standards, scripts, and processes defined by the company.
  • Achieve daily productivity, quality benchmarks, and service-level targets.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior team members when needed.
  • Maintain a calm, polite, and customer-friendly tone during the entire interaction.
  • Adhere to rotational shift schedules and maintain consistent attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must have completed any degree from a recognized institution.

  • Good command over Tamil (mandatory) and basic English reading/understanding.
  • Age should be below 30 years at the time of application.
