Job Description
Omega Healthcare is hiring for AR Associates and AR Executives who will be responsible for working on medical billing, health insurance claims, and US healthcare payer communication. This role involves calling insurance providers, understanding claim issues, resolving billing errors, and ensuring payments are processed correctly.
The job is primarily voice-based, where candidates will handle calls to US payers and work through the company’s RCM tools to fix claim-related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Call US-based insurance companies (payers) to understand claim status and resolve issues.
- Review claims using internal systems and take action based on denial or non-denial reasons.
- Work on payment, adjustment, and self-pay claims to ensure correct resolution.
- Identify process-related issues and update supervisors using trackers or logs.
- Participate in internal training sessions to learn healthcare RCM concepts.
- Work on SOPs, issue logs, and trend logs as required for process documentation.
- Resolve complex patient account issues by reviewing transaction timelines and reimbursement history.
- Identify cases that can be resolved without calling and escalate them to analysts when needed.
- Analyze payer issues, track claim trends, and support special projects for payer reprocessing.
- Maintain high accuracy while handling accounts to avoid errors.
- Provide consistent performance and meet quality benchmarks defined by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be Undergraduates or Graduates.
- Postgraduates and life science background candidates are not eligible for this walk-in.
- Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
- Must be interested in voice or semi-voice process roles.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
- Should be available for walk-in interviews in Bangalore.
