Job Description

As an International Customer Support Executive at Infosys, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer concerns, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

You will be trained on client processes and workflows and will work closely with team members to meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • 100% Work from Office at Bengaluru location.
  • Prior international voice process experience is preferred.
