As a Diploma Engineer Trainee, selected candidates will undergo comprehensive technical and safety training while working alongside experienced engineers and supervisors. The role focuses on production support, equipment handling, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

- Follow all plant safety rules and company safety guidelines
- Participate in regular safety drills and safety awareness programs

- Attend structured training programs related to manufacturing operations
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions
- Learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machinery and equipment

- Identify deviations and report technical issues to supervisors
- Support daily operational activities in the production unit
