Job Description

Capgemini is hiring Freshers for the role of Contact Support Group (CSG) IT Enablers. Candidates will provide world-class customer support, problem resolution, and technical troubleshooting across multiple channels including voice, email, and chat. This role involves service delivery, customer management, and effective use of AI tools to enhance customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting for queries via phone and other support channels.
  • Manage customer tickets — categorize, prioritize, and track status (On-hold, Open, Closed, Resolved).
  • Utilize ticket data analysis for business intelligence and improved support.
  • Ensure effective customer interaction from greeting to issue resolution and closure.
  • Handle customer emails efficiently to reduce hops between teams.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles to resolve customer issues faster.
  • Support clients across multiple verticals: Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  • Troubleshoot internet-related issues like password resets and session errors.
  • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
  • Contribute to service marketing by improving customer experience through Capgemini tools.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Any 3-year diploma or graduation (Batch of 2025).
  • Freshers eligible.
  • Must be open to relocation and working in rotational shifts including nights.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Basic computing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.
