Job Description

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), your primary responsibility is to convert leads into paying customers by pitching Bhanzu’s educational programs.

You will interact with potential customers (students/parents), understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. This is an inside sales role, meaning most interactions happen through calls and digital platforms.

You’ll also manage leads, track conversions, and work towards monthly sales targets. This role demands consistency, communication skills, and resilience.

Let’s be direct—this role is not for passive candidates. If you don’t like talking, convincing, and handling rejection, you’ll struggle.
