As an Associate Analyst, you will provide first-line learning administration support and ensure that all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Candidates selected for the Associate Analyst role will be responsible for supporting learning administration processes and maintaining records related to training programs.

• Adding and updating training classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System
• Processing scheduled reports related to training activities
• Providing delegate lists for training sessions
• Distributing electronic training materials and pre-course documents
• Closing completed classes in the system and collecting feedback from participants
• Managing course evaluation reports and post-training feedback
• Ensuring system updates are completed accurately and within deadlines
• Maintaining compliance with company procedures and guidelines
• Supporting additional learning administration tasks when required
