Job Description

Wipro is hiring Graduate Freshers for the Associate / Service Desk Analyst role at its Hyderabad location. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the Analyst and IT support field.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical and product support to clients via calls and emails. The role involves problem diagnosis, documentation, customer interaction, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming help requests from clients via phone calls and emails professionally
  • Document end-user details including name, department, contact information, and issue description
  • Record, track, and document all queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve client issues
  • Resolve customer queries as per defined SLA timelines
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and FAQs
  • Identify recurring issues by analyzing call logs and trends
  • Update self-help documentation to improve resolution time
  • Ensure accurate logging of calls and emails using tracking tools
  • Maintain productivity by updating availability in internal systems
Eligibility Criteria
