Cisco is conducting an Off Campus Hiring Drive for the role of Sales Operations Analyst Trainee – Non Technical Graduate Apprentice for 2025 batch graduates. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in sales operations, business strategy, and enterprise solutions.
As a Sales Operations Analyst Trainee, candidates will work closely with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) and support them in understanding customer requirements. The role involves learning how enterprise solutions are structured, how client proposals are prepared, and how business strategies are executed to meet sales targets.
This is a 12-month apprenticeship program designed to provide practical industry exposure, structured learning, and real-time experience in sales operations within a global technology company.
The trainee will be exposed to:
Customer requirement analysis
Solution presentation preparation
Bills of Quantity (BOQ) preparation
Coordination with Systems Engineers (SE)
Sales strategy development
Regional sales performance tracking
Renewals and new business expansion strategies
This role is non-technical but operates in a highly professional business environment where analytical thinking and communication skills are important.

- Collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) to understand client requirements.
- Assist in preparing customized solution presentations for enterprise customers.
- Support the creation and validation of Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers (SE) to ensure solutions are technically reviewed.
- Help in developing structured sales strategies for regional targets.
- Support renewals and drive new business expansion opportunities.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
- Analyze business data using Excel and prepare reports for internal review.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to performance improvement strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover of validated solutions to the respective sales teams.
- This apprenticeship focuses on learning by doing. Candidates will gain real corporate exposure and understand how global sales operations are managed.

- Must have completed a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Sc, BCA).
- Must have graduated in 2025.
- Must possess Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.

- Must have no active backlogs.
